RETURNS

Offering exceptional customer service is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your new jewelry, we'll do everything we can to resolve your issue. Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

For all return requests on items purchased at Jewels by Petra, please contact us at shop@jewelsbypetra.com. Our exchange/return window is 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be aware, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

A returned item must include proof of purchase, be unused & in the same condition you received it, and in its original gift packaging. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs related to returning your item. Please note, your original shipping fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. During our free shipping offer, $15 will be deducted from your refund. Orders from outside of the US may have duties and taxes incurred at time of delivery. We’re unable to waive or refund these fees, even if the order is returned back to us. Please send your return item in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure the package as we are not responsible for product returns which are lost, or arrive to us damaged.

You’ll be notified by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. A refund will be issued within the next 3 business days assuming the item is in brand new condition. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the credit to show.

REPAIRS

For all repair inquiries on items purchased from jewelsbypetra.com, please contact us at shop@jewelsbypetra.com and include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, plus proof of purchase.

If we are able to repair your piece, we will issue you an RA number and shipping instructions. Repairs take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
