Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. We normally fulfill and dispatch all orders within 2-3 business days, and will contact you via email within 48 hours should there be any issues with your order. Jewelsbypetra.com does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or company observed holidays. Once your order has been shipped (by USPS from Los Angeles, California), you will receive an email confirmation. To track your order, please check the tracking link in your e-mail. All orders over $50 require a signature upon delivery. 

CUSTOMS & DUTY

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Jewelsbypetra.com cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Jewels by Petra will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
